This position will work from our office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and manage the direct care staff that provides services for the surrounding counties.
In this role, you will provide direction to the clinical and support staff to ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient care. Responsibilities also include: regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, quality assurance/performance improvement, clinical direction and supervision, service delivery, recruitment, training, timely development of appropriate interdisciplinary care plans, and the ability to problem solve. Supervises nurses, aides, triage, and on call staff. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse with an unrestricted license in Illinois. Minimum of 2 years management and/or Hospice experience required and must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a plus.
